What's New for January 2009
The Holidays are done and a new year has begun. The Christmas pages have been replaced by the new Winter Pages. For the start of winter, you will find information on winter weather and how to deal with it (what is "wind chill"exactly?), articles on getting a good night's sleep and developing an exercise program for the new year.
There are also pages on backyard bird feeding, including a collection of plans and diagrams for building your own bird feeders and some lovely artwork from a vintage book on birding.

COPD News of the Day is updated Monday thru Friday with topics of interest to the COPD community;
